                            Safety precautions for daily operation of PUR hot melt adhesive machine

1. Avoid using the PUR hot melt adhesive machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases, and do not store flammable and explosive materials around the spraying equipment of the PUR hot melt adhesive machine.

2. Do not operate the hot melt adhesive machine without a suitable protective device, a good insulator or a good protective panel.

3. When the PUR hot melt adhesive machine needs to be overhauled, it must be disassembled and repaired by professionally trained personnel.

4. When the ambient temperature is lower than -20°C or the ambient temperature is higher than 80°C, the PUR hot melt adhesive machine cannot be used.

5. When using the PUR hot melt adhesive machine, it should be ensured that there is no fast flowing air. When the PUR plastic barrel and melt pressure plate used by the PUR hot melt adhesive machine are exposed to the fast-circulating air, the rapid cooling will affect the hot melt flow of the PUR hot melt adhesive machine and waste energy.

6. When replenishing PUR hot melt adhesive, check whether the PUR hot melt adhesive barrel is deformed. The severely deformed PUR polyurethane hot melt adhesive barrel should be discarded to avoid damage to the pressure plate of the PUR hot melt adhesive machine.

7. Whenever disassembling and installing the PUR hot-melt adhesive machine throat and glue gun, you must immediately use silicone oil to seal the possibly exposed PUR hot-melt adhesive to avoid moisture reaction and curing.

8. When the PUR hot-melt adhesive machine is not used for a long time, the circumference of the heating pressure plate of the PUR hot-melt adhesive machine should be sealed with silicone oil to ensure the performance of the PUR hot-melt adhesive in the rubber barrel.
