PUR hot melt adhesive dispensing processing may be a good solution for sticking frames at present. It is also the solution used by major mobile phone manufacturers.

The PUR hot-melt glue used for the TP touch screen of the mobile phone and the frame bracket of the mobile phone is sprayed with pictures on the tempered glass screen, and the area is small and narrow. Instructions for glueing the mobile phone TP screen and the mobile phone frame bracket with PUR hot melt adhesive dispensing and processing:

1. Adhesive filling: according to the amount of glue used in different mobile phone products, determine the appropriate filling time period. 2. When adding the adhesive, wear protective gloves (to prevent burns), unscrew the upper cover of the container, and directly add the adhesive. 3. Temperature control: The temperature setting value, the general equipment has been debugged before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it at will, after the power is turned on, the temperature control can start to use after reaching the set temperature.

About glue volume control: The required glue volume can be obtained by adjusting the air pressure of the dispensing controller or the speed of the dispensing machine displacement.

4. The PUR hot melt adhesive is heated and melted under the set temperature conditions, and the PUR hot melt adhesive dispensing process is carried out with a dispensing machine, and the bonding is completed within 2 minutes on the part to be bonded. (The specific time will vary according to the ambient temperature and humidity) 5. We recommend that the heating time should not exceed 4 hours in a row, and the same hose should not be heated twice or three times. 6. If the heating time is long, the back of the rubber hose will be crusted. At this time, the crust can be pierced to reduce the glue application pressure.

Why not glue:

1. Check the dispensing controller to see if there is a pressure display. 2. Whether the temperature of the heater reaches the set temperature (110 degrees to 130 degrees). 3. Whether the upper end of the adhesive container and the air pipe joint are blocked by the adhesive. 4. PUR hot melt adhesive does not produce glue during dispensing. You can check whether the needle is blocked and replace the dispensing needle.
